Q. Can I personally view your Fleet before I commit to your company?
A. Yes, but you will need to call our office first @ 859-272-1000 and make an appointment to personally view our fleet, since we are not always in the office at a specific time or day. All of our vehicles are pictured on our website for your convenience, with actual photos of every vehicle.
Q. What if I do not have the time to visit your showroom to view your Limousines?
A. You can be assured that the photos in Celebrity Limousine's website are ACTUAL photos of our Vehicles, taken by our Professional Photographer, and not photos downloaded from a website of another company. What you see on our website, is what you get. Do not accept the old line when your limousine arrives ( The limo that you reserved is not available, so we sent you this one ), unless it is an upgraded limousine of course. On a rare occasion, the Vehicle that you reserved will not be available for numerous reasons. In the event that this happens, Celebrity Limousine will make every effort to send an upgraded limousine if possible. This will of course be done at no additional charge to you.
Q. How much advance notice do I need to give you to reserve a Limousine or Limobus?
Don't wait for the last minute. To be guaranteed the vehicles you want, book as soon as you can. For a wedding, we recommend you book 6 months to a year in advance. If you call at the last minute, and the vehicle you want is available, that's fine.
Q. What kind of limo to book?
A. The two main factors are age of vehicle and the size. The newer the Vehicle and the larger the Vehicle, the more it will most likely cost to rent. Newer Vehicles like Celebrity Limousine's have more amenities than older Vehicles, which were lucky to have a radio. Ask what year the Vehicles are! Beware of any company that refuses to tell you! (It's old!) Make sure the Vehicle you pick is written on the contract.
Q. Is your company licensed and insured?
A. Yes! Celebrity Limousine is licensed by the state of Kentucky, and has authority to operate anywhere in the State of Kentucky. Celebrity Limousine is fully insured as required by the state of Kentucky.
Q. Do your Chauffeurs have a Commercial Driving License?
A. Yes! All of our Chauffeur’s that drive any of our Limousines or Limo Buses, are required by us to have a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a Passenger Endorsement. All of Celebrity Limousines Chauffeur’s must go through a State and Federal Criminal Background Check and a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), is run on each driver to be assured this Driver has a Safe Driving History. All Drivers must submit to a Pre employment drug test prior to working for Celebrity Limousine. All Drivers are randomly Drug Tested as well.
Q. Is smoking or eating allowed in your Vehicles?
A. Sorry, all of our Vehicles are NON SMOKING vehicles. We do not allow certain types of food in the Vehicles. Foods that are messy like birthday cake, and most full course meals are not allowed. Sandwiches / subs and chips are fine.
Q. Does your company supply the alcoholic beverages?
A. No, Sorry, but Celebrity Limousine, does not supply alcoholic beverages. It is illegal for a Limousine Company to supply alcoholic beverages in the State of Kentucky. We do however supply ice, and disposable drink containers in all Limousines. Bottled water and soft drinks are available upon request.
Q. Will I receive a written contract?
A. Yes! A written contract will be emailed to you at the time of booking.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. At the time of booking your Vehicle, we require a 50% deposit to reserve the vehicle. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days prior to the charter, unless other prior arrangements have been made with our office.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

In the Transportation industry, there are many variables in both quality and price. More often than not, the cheaper price, translates into a bad experience or a larger risk for you and your party. Most people would not choose a five star restaurant or hotel based on price alone for a special occasion, yet more often than not, when people shop for Limousine service, they tend to want the cheapest price AND Five star service. Unfortunately, you cant have both in most cases. When you shop for Limousine service based on price alone, you will most likely be frustrated and disappointed with your Limousine experience.
